Indian pacer S Sreesanth got the final warning from the Kerala Cricket Association for repeatedly violating the code of conduct.
Sreesanth, who is the captain of the Kerala Ranji cricket team, has been repeatedly violating team discipline. He
has also stayed away from the ongoing conditioning camp, the KCA said.
The KCA president warned Sreesanth that further occurrence of such behaviour would be viewed very seriously by the KCA.“Perhaps, this was the first time that such a meeting was held in the State’s cricketing history. Sreesanth has been abstaining from the coaching camp without prior permission for non-cricketing reasons. Such a repeated violation of the model code of conduct is not expected from a player of his stature. On account of this, the KCA has decided to warn him,” KCA secretary T C Mathew told newsmen after the emergency meeting of the selection committee at the KCA Complex in Thiruvananthapuram .
